This door is manufactured with a thicker internal frame than hollow core doors, they are medium duty doors (also known as semi solid doors), the internal structure uses a heavier “honeycomb” design for a mixture of lightweight usability and solid timber rigidity. Our internal / interior MDF / Masonite is ready to be painted to the colour or your choice. These semi solid doors are manufactured to SANS 545 standards and the manufacturing process has been audited by SATAS.
