Do you have a physical location?
As an online-only service with our offices in Centurion, we do not have a physical location for in-person collections. However, for larger orders where customers prefer to handle logistics themselves, arrangements can be made directly with the factory. For all other orders, we process and ship directly to your specified address. If you need assistance or have any questions about your order, please contact our customer service team.
How long will it take to get my order?
All products listed on our site include an estimated delivery time. For smaller orders, you can track the progress once you receive your weigh bill notification.
For larger orders, we will communicate directly with you regarding preparation times and delivery schedules. Please note that various factors such as order size, location, and logistical arrangements can influence delivery times. Do you deliver?

What are your delivery charges?
Delivery costs are based on the size or volumetric weight of your order. We use a range of delivery options to keep fees as low as possible, depending on the size and requirements of your order. Do you do installations?
Yes, we have partnered with two highly regarded installation companies, both with proven track records, to handle installations across most accessible areas of the country. For smaller scale installations of 5 doors or more, we offer services throughout most of Gauteng. For more information or to arrange an installation, please contact our customer service team.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We utilize Payfast as our payment gateway that accepts debit, credit and cheque cards as well as facilitates EFT transactions from all the major banks.
We also accept cash payments or EFTs directly into our business bank account.
Lastly, we are able to offer 30-day payment terms to approved clients, either through a third party or, on occasion, directly with manufacturers.
Can I order custom sizes?
Yes, we are able to offer custom sizing on almost all of the doors we provide. However, please note that custom-made doors can disrupt the manufacturing process, and even minor size adjustments can lead to significant cost increases. This is because standard products benefit from mass production, which helps lower costs. Custom sizes may also have longer lead times compared to standard variants.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes but bulk discounts generally apply to orders of over 30 doors or one full pallet of the same type of door. If you are purchasing in these quantities, we can offer you an additional discount. Additionally, we are prepared to connect you directly with the manufacturer when working with builder’s merchants.
Doors Online also offers doors from various specialist suppliers. For very large or highly technical orders, we will connect you directly with our suppliers to ensure you get the best service and pricing.
